NGC 6914

This is NGC 6914. It’s a both a reflection nebula and an emission nebula in the constellation of Cygnus located almost 6000 light years away. Capturing this target has to be a 2-step process unless you’re in a very dark sky area. I captured the Ha and OIII emissions using an sv220 narrowband filter in my Bortle 6 sky at home and the broadband data was collected when I was in Bortle 2 sky in Wales
