IC405 Flaming Star Nebula
20 Nov 2024This is the flaming star nebula. I’ve never imaged this target before so I was excited to see what I could get from it, especially as a first narrowband image on my new scope. The sky was variable quality and a few days after full moon. I managed to get 4 hours of data on this target with really good guiding and very low hfr. I processed as usual with Siril and with Graxpert and I’m so happy with the result, I’m tempted to move onto another target rather than get more time here.
